简介：美国在哥伦比亚发射基地的一颗导弹因千年虫故障，自动打开发射程序进入倒计时，四十八小时后，导弹将攻击莫斯科。为了关闭发射系统，解决危机，西渥德将军命“黑客”文森和导弹设计师摩根随费尔查德指挥的行动小组一起出发。途中，行动小组遭到了伏击，伤亡惨重。在联邦缉毒员米拉的帮助下，摩根等人通过废气排放口进入了控制室。文森正欲修改导弹方向，不料，图谋不轨的费尔查德用枪顶住文森，强令其把导弹攻击目标改为华盛顿。摩根得知费尔查德的险恶用心后及时逃离现场，并来到当地毒枭卡迈罗的驻地。卡迈罗为了自己的利益答应帮助摩根铲除费尔查德。经过一场战斗，摩根和卡迈罗夺回控制室击毙了费尔查德。心狠手辣的卡迈罗在了解了米拉的身份后，顿起杀心。摩根不顾势单力薄，与其展开了殊死搏斗。最后，卡迈罗这个不可一世的毒枭终于得到了应有的下场。
